Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a binding mandate or engagement agreement. A formal engagement is only established through a signed mandate letter.
Nishaxis operates on a strict single-party representation model. We represent either the buyer or the seller in any given transaction — never both. This principle is fundamental to our practice and will be clearly established prior to any engagement.
All information shared with Nishaxis — whether through this website, by telephone, or in person — is treated as strictly confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement is available upon request prior to any substantive discussion.
